This can occur when someone attempts to remove the case lid or rear covers or if the system suffers a serious drop. The service includes an internal inspection and, if necessary, replacement of internal sensors. If the system was under warranty, this service restores the factory warranty. It also includes return shipping anywhere in the continental United States.
